Massage Therapy
Treating PTSD with Massage

There are many illnesses that benefit greatly from Massage Therapy. Many People underestimate it because in this country we have been programmed that a pill or surgery is the answer. There is a time and place for everything however its in most peoples best interest to seek out a Professional Licensed Therapist who can provide a treatment plan to directly effect the specific condition that the client is suffering from.

Understanding that Massage in Fact does feel great … Look further, because the TRUTH is Massage directly effects the Nervous System, Circulatory System, Lymphatic System, Respiratory System, and more. There are many techniques that have been used for THOUSANDS of years to cure many common conditions. PTSD, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Hypertension, Circulatory Issues, Acute and Chronic Pain, Migraines, Arthritis and joint pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Sciatic Back and Leg Pain, Fibromyalgia and more.

There are techniques that can be used to stimulate a specific gland or organ in the body to assist with the bodys ability to heal itself. Massage Cupping, Hot/Cold Stone therapies, Aromatherapy and essential oils are all used in combination to provide an atmosphere to facilitate the natural and original way to health and well-being.

Massage Therapy is NOT the “Alternative Medicine” its been around thousands of years prior to the very first pill ever being thought of and long long before prescriptions.

Antibiotics and strong pain killers have their place in the world… I would be a liar to say I have never used them however, I would encourage everyone to consider if using pain killers is the answer when the pain is really your body saying “You are tearing up your back!” pain killers shut down the nervous system allowing your body to continue doing what is hurting you in the first place, eventually enough damage will be done you will need surgery.

Massage therapy and holistic medicine is NOT the “Alternative” it is about education and prevention of illnesses in the first place… It is about reducing Inflammation, increasing the range of motion, overall improving the athletic performance of ones body and facilitating the health and well-being in clients so that they have long pain free healthy lives.

If you have a Condition, Questions or Testimony that you would like to share I would Love to interact and learn together.

I wish you Peace & Love, Namaste.
